What does it do, how do I use it, and how do I service it? When you’re investing in high end operating room equipment, those are three very important questions. To answer them, we spent a week shooting on a soundstage in Charleston, SC with four of Berchtold’s latest products and a group of engineers.

For each item, we delivered a product video for the sales reps to show (What does it do?), an inservice video for the customer to watch (How do I use it?), and a tech service video for the repair crews (How do I service it?). One week, 12 videos? Pretty efficient, if you ask us.
