the doctor told me i have a shorter leg on the left than the right which is why my hip was sore and my knees ache and give out while walking down stairs

he recommended a gel heal insert. I found a running shoe at walmart that has the gel built inside of it. then this week i found a ball of foot insert and added it (see other video)

very comfy! my knees don’t ache as much, leg charlie horse pains from cycling and now that i have the ball of foot inserts. I can walk for longer periods of time.
