1/18/2015 Icy Road Conditions in NY causing multiple accidents.
According to the New Jersey State Police, over 400 accidents have been reported due to the icy roads condition throughout the State. The following video show.
One man was pinned between two semi-trailer trucks improbably survives. Black ice road conditions caused nearly 500 accidents in a period of 24 hours. Frozen.
