How to : Find a quiet space where you can relax
1. Put a headphone if you want (it’s better)
2. Concentrate on the music, and imagine that you are walking around the lake.
3. Then close your eyes for a while.
4.Defocus your eyes, gazing softly into the middle distance.
5. Open your eyes, let the music play and go back to your work with the music in the background or lie down on your bed.
